2008 Season Rates listed below are "in season" (May 1-Columbus weekend) for two people. There are "High Season" rates mid-June through Labor Day weekend. Please add $20 per night for each additional person, $10 for children 6-12, 5 and under free. Please call for our off season rates(Mid October-April). All rates include continental breakfast (except off season rates). Rates do not include 7% Maine lodging tax nor gratuities. All our accommodations are non-smoking. Garden view efficiency apartment (Apt. #4): Small garden view apartment. One double bed. One bedroom apartment with a queen size bed and a sofa bed. Gas fireplace, incredible ocean view, private 2nd story deck. Ocean view upstairs room (Room #6): Large room with queen bed, deck, and nice water view. Meadow view upstairs room (Room #7): Larger room with queen bed. Advance reservations required to insure apartment availability. We require 100% deposits for stays of one week or less. 50% deposits required for stays of more than one week. Credit card deposits recommended to confirm reservations. Checks are accepted as deposit payment for early reservations provided they are received within ten days. We accept only Visa and Mastercard.
