Rates listed below are “in season” (May 1-Columbus weekend) for two people and a two night minimum stay may be required. There are “High Season” rates mid-June through Labor Day weekend. Please add $25 per night for each additional person, $10 for children 6-12, 5 and under free. Please call for our off season rates(Mid October-April). All rates include continental breakfast. Rates do not include 7% Maine lodging tax nor gratuities. All our accommodations are non-smoking.

Larger room with queen bed. Accommodates 2 (3 with pullout loveseat sofa). 1 night add $10. Low Season: $110nt/$715/wk. High Season:$145nt/$910wk Advance reservations required to insure apartment availability. We require 100% deposits for stays of one week or less. 50% deposits required for stays of more than one week. Checks are accepted as deposit payment for early reservations provided they are received within ten days. Our preferred method of payment is by check although we do accept VISA and Master Card.
