Advance reservations required to insure apartment availability. We require 100% deposits for stays of one week or less. 50% deposits required for stays of more than one week. Credit card deposits recommended to confirm reservations. Checks are accepted as deposit payment for early reservations provided they are received within ten days. Our preferred method of payment is by check although we do accept VISA and Master Card. Cancellation Policy Due to difficulties in filling cancellations on an island, we ask that you please read and understand our cancellation policy prior to making your reservations! 8% service charge for all refunds on total rents. A refund will occur if cancellation is 6 weeks before arrival (8 weeks for cottages). If cancellation is within 6 weeks (8 weeks for cottages) a refund will occur if the space is refilled.
